Our products have a shelf life of 9 days at room temperature.
Refrigerate your brownie upon receipt to extend its life to 3 weeks when the box remains sealed.
For longer shelf life you can freeze the brownie in its box for up to 3 months!

To enhance your experience when eating our brownies, we suggest microwaving them for 30-60 seconds. This will envelop them in a warm embrace, causing the delectable filling to elegantly melt within your palate.
Place the cookies delicately on a baking tray and allow them to luxuriously bake for a maximum of 2 minutes at the temperature of 200c, resulting in a delightful crispy texture. This will also ensure the interior remains divinely soft and gooey.

2) Go to Cart/Basket and you will find a box titled leave a message.
3) add a gift message.

1) add the create your own option to your basket then add a note to the description bar below the product.
Here you can add the flavours and instructions you desire.
Please note that you can add as many flavours as the item you are purchasing. eg: if you are purchasing 4 cookie wheels then you can add 4 flavours. If you are buying 2 cookie wheels then you can add 2 flavours and so on.

We typically utilise Royal Mail tracked for UK delivery. This generally requires 2-4 working days for standard shipping.
Please note that all orders take 1-3 days to be dispatched! Once dispatched they should be with you within 2-4 days.
Delivery is for all UK shoppers is £3.50.
For international postage we use Fedex tracked and this can take up to 7 days to be delivered with prices starting from 16£ depending on the postal destination.
All international orders are dispatched on Mondays to allow enough time for you to receive your order within the week.
