Our chocolate:

All our brownies and treats are made using high quality Belgian chocolate. Our chosen company is the Barry Callebaut chocolate factory for their high quality chocolate and their experience being the heart and engine of the chocolate and cocoa industry. 

The dark, milk and white chocolate recipe stands out with its deep, warm colour, prominent roasted cocoa flavours and seductive caramel notes. This chocolate is widely appreciated because of its generous taste and great reputation in workability.  The core of the chocolate is the signature Wieze cocoa blend: a well-kept secret mix of mainly West African top grade cocoa beans. The Dark chocolate has a standard fluidity, making it your all-round chocolate baking.

Our cacao powder:

All our brownies and treats are made using high quality cacao powder with a luxurious and rich taste. The brand we use is BLANXART and they have been making chocolate ingredients since April of 1954. They specialise in master chocolatier,  quality Cocoa Powder that is perfect for drinks, hot and cold,  as well as for baking things like cookies or brownies. 

Our sugar:

We use BRITISH GROWN sugar. This sugar is dry, free flowing small sugar crystals; free from visible extraneous matter and with a uniform visual appearance. Perfect for baking, cooking and drinks. Conforms to all relevant statutory requirements (UK & EU Regulations)

Our eggs:

We only use free range eggs in the recipes that include eggs. We do this to ensure that no harm is made to animals in the making of our bakes. We ensure that all eggs uses are CLASS-A and Conforms to all relevant statutory requirements (UK & EU Regulations)

Our vegan recipes:

All vegan recipes are made using vegan specific ingredients. Both our vanilla and chocolate are completely vegan. No eggs or animal derivative ingredients in used in any of these recipes. 

Our gluten-free recipes:

All gluten-free recipes are made using our classic recipe but we replace the regular flour with gluten-free flour. Be aware that this is only offered to selected products. Please do not buy any product unless you select gluten-free where appropriate if you are allergic to gluten.  Conforms to all relevant statutory requirements (UK & EU Regulations)

How our edibles are made:

To adhere to food safety requirements; ingredients like flour and eggs are cooked to a minimum of 75 degrees celsius to kill any living bacteria. Our raspberry sponge is made with sponge batter that is cooked to a minimum of 75 degrees Celsius to ensure its safe to consume. All extra toppings added are safe for consumption and the raspberries used are freeze dried to preserve its authentic flavour.
