Our cacao powder:

All our brownies and treats are made using high quality cacao powder with a luxurious and rich taste. The brand we use is BLANXART and they have been making chocolate ingredients since April of 1954. They specialise in master chocolatier,  quality Cocoa Powder that is perfect for baking our baked goods. 

Our sugar:

We use sugar that is produced in the United Kingdom to ensure that it conforms to all relevant statutory requirements (UK & EU Regulations). This sugar embodies the elegance of dry, free-flowing small sugar crystals; completely devoid of any visible impurities and presenting a flawless visual appearance. Ideal for the art of baking, gastronomy, and refined beverages.

Our eggs:

Our recipes exclusively feature free range eggs to guarantee the utmost care for animals. Every egg we utilize is of CLASS-A quality, adhering to all necessary regulations (UK & EU Regulations).

Our vegan recipes:

All vegan recipes are crafted with vegan-specific ingredients. Our vanilla and chocolate options are entirely plant-based, free from eggs or any animal derivatives in these delectable recipes.

Our gluten-free recipes:

How our edibles batters are made:

In order to meet the standards of food safety, our ingredients, such as flour and eggs, undergo a meticulous cooking process at a minimum temperature of 75 degrees Celsius. This ensures the elimination of any potential bacteria. Our raspberry sponge is created using sponge batter that is meticulously cooked to a minimum temperature of 75 degrees Celsius, guaranteeing its utmost safety for consumption. The inclusion of additional toppings is also perfectly safe, and our raspberries are freeze dried to uphold their genuine and exquisite flavour.
